BY SUBMITTING PERSONAL INFORMATION TO KARELL, AND/OR BY USING OUR WEBSITE, YOU AGREE THAT KARELL MAY COLLECT, USE AND DISCLOSE SUCH PERSONAL INFORMATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS PRIVACY POLICY AND AS PERMITTED OR REQUIRED BY LAW. IF YOU PROVIDE KARELL WITH PERSONAL INFORMATION OF A THIRD PARTY (SUCH AS PASSENGER INFORMATION), YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE THE CONSENT AND PERMISSION OF THE THIRD PARTY TO PROVIDE KARELL WITH SUCH INFORMATION AND THAT ALL SUCH INFORMATION IS ACCURATE, TRUE AND COMPLETE.

Information Collected & Use

General. We collect any information you enter on our website such as when you inquire about a vacation. This includes personal information, meaning information that can be linked to a specific individual, including your first and last name, telephone number, postal and e-mail addresses, and, in some cases, billing information (such as credit card number, cardholder name, and expiration date when you purchase airline tickets). We also may request information about your traveler preferences, including meal requests, seat selection, frequent flyer information and other loyalty/awards program information, age range, gender, and ticketing options. You may be given the opportunity to provide, and you may choose to provide, other information, for example, activities and lifestyle preferences or preferred destinations. We will also collect similar information for third parties whose information you enter on our website and other information in order to complete ticketing. We require such information so that we can process, fulfill and confirm your reservations and keep you updated on your reservations. It is your choice whether to provide personal information, however, if you do not, we may not be able to offer you the services and products offered through our website.

Cookies, Tags and Other Information. We may also use cookies and similar tracking technology to better understand how our website is used, navigated, how many visitors use our websites, the length and frequency of visit on our site, the searches our database, the types of operating platforms and systems used by our guests, IP address of our visitors, the IP addresses from which visitors connect to our website. Cookies are small files that are placed on the hard drive of your computer. Cookies do not extract private or personal information from your computer. Member Profile. You may choose to complete your online member profile by providing Karell with your name, postal and email address, telephone number, travel preferences, frequent-traveler or other similar award/loyalty program numbers, credit-card billing information, paper ticket delivery address, unique login name, unique password, hint to help you remember your password and other personal information. This information is primarily used to (i) make your reservations on our website quicker and easier so that you do not have to re-enter such information repeatedly, (ii) allow us to keep you informed about your reservations and to contact you with updated booking information, (iii) make product and service improvements to our website, and (iv) customize the content of our website to your needs.

Your Information From Other Sources. We may obtain information about you from our business partners and other independent third-party sources and add it to our account information. For example, we may obtain a more current delivery and address information, which we use to correct our records and to facilitate proper delivery of travel information.

Non-Personal Information. We collect aggregated information, recorded in any form, about one or more individuals where the identity of the individual(s) is not known and cannot be inferred from information. We may use such aggregated data to describe our user base to current or potential partners investors and advertisers, to better understand and respond to market needs and preferences and to build a higher quality and more effective website. We will use non-personal information to help us make our websites more useful to visitors and for other business purposes. We may prepare reports and other materials using non-personal information. We may share non-personal information with others with no limitations.

Customer Service. When you email, write or call our customer service, we collect contact information (name, phone number, mailing address or e-mail address) and information about the relevant purchase as necessary to assist you. For example, if you call for assistance with a preexisting booking or to make a purchase, we may request your contact and billing information. We will use such information to answer your questions and provide customer service. We may also use your comments to improve the services or products offered through our website.

Contests, promotions, raffles or sweepstakes. We may offer you the chance to win a variety of travel related prizes by sponsoring contests, promotions, raffles, or sweepstakes. If you choose to participate, we will collect personal information, such as your name and postal and e-mail address. We use contact information to notify you if you win. We may send you additional communication only if you have specifically requested to receive our newsletters, e-mails, personalized offers or other promotional materials when filling out the contest forms. If a third party administers the contest, your participation may be subject to the third party's terms and conditions, and privacy policy. Surveys. We value your comments and periodically may invite you to participate in a survey, which is entirely voluntary and up to you on whether to participate. We will collect the responses you provide, and will make them anonymous to aggregate them with those of other participants. Customer Lists and Newsletters. Information collected, including online bookings, may be used to create customer mailing lists. Karell may periodically send to its customers promotional and marketing mailings, including emails.

We utilize third party providers to perform services or functions on our behalf, including credit card processing, ticket booking and processing, security encryption, marketing, certain customer service functions, surveys, etc. Such third party providers of Karell will have access to your personal information only to the extent needed to perform their functions.
• Third-party Vendors ? The airline carriers, activity providers, travel insurance providers and other entities whose products and services we offer and whose products or services you have purchased will have access to your personal information. We do not place limitations on our vendors? use or disclosure of your personal information and you can visit their website to review such entity?s privacy policy. Please note that these vendors may contact you as necessary to obtain additional information about you or to process your travel reservation. Some of these providers may be located in countries outside the US and outside the European Economic Area ("EEA"). By submitting your personal data, you agree to the transfer, storing and processing of your data outside the US and outside the EEA.
• Legal Authorities ? we may also share your information with legal authorities and government agencies (i) in response to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal procedures, including any requests by the United States government for national security purposes, (ii) to establish or exercise our legal rights and to defend against legal claims, (iii) otherwise required by law.

We may share your personal information in connection with a corporate transaction, such as a divestiture, merger, consolidation, or asset sale, or in the event of bankruptcy. We may also share your personal information with our affiliates, subsidiaries or partners.

Privacy Rights for California Residents

Website users residing in California may submit a request to us asking for information regarding (1) the categories of personal information that we may share with third parties, and (2) a list of the names and addresses of all third parties with whom we have shared such information for their marketing purposes during the previous calendar year. Safeguarding Your Personal Information

If you choose to contact us through the website, you should be aware that any information transmitted electronically might not be secure. We assume no liability for the loss of any information that you transmit to us via the web. However, should you choose to pay by credit card when making a booking, reservation or purchase on the website, your card details are encrypted for the transaction.

Your personal information will be stored on servers controlled by us, located either at our offices or at offices of our server providers.

Warning about Phishing

We will never request your credit card information, login username, login password, billing information, national identification numbers in a non-secure or unsolicited e-mail.

Severability
